Villa Gul is a luxurious villa that cater to a second home buyers every need. The villa offer three storeys and is comfortable and placid furnished: dining/sitting- room with plasma televisor, DVD player and airconditioning, a fully fitted kitchen including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and one bathroom. The upper flor includes two bedrooms one with a full-size bed and a balcony, another room with two single beds and one bathroom, each room has got airconditioning. The top floor includes one room with a full-size bed, airconditioning, one bathroom and a patio with a great view over the locality. This villa opens up to its own private section of the swimming pool which is used by 4 other Villas.

Kumköy Villa Gül
Wir waren mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter in Kumköy Villa Gül und können nur sagen: "Alles Super". Im Haus ist alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann inkl. Hochstuhl und Reisebett. Viel Platz im und um das Haus. ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, prima vor Ort verwaltet.Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ( Nar Market ) befindet sich in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Das Stadtzentrum von Kumköy und Strand befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir werden das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen! Viele Grüße aus Berlin

Das Haus ist Optimal für Familien mit Kleinkindern . Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Lage super zentral und nicht weit von Meer entfert. Sehr empfehlenswert ! Immer wieder Gerne !
