Villa Nesrin is a brand new luxury villa, with a private pool and spectacular panoramic view to the deep blue of the Aegean Sea. Though it is located only 5 minutes drive from the village Yalikavak, the location is very peaceful, full of olive trees, flowers and flowering shrubs. The ideal place to escape the crowd and noise and enjoy relaxing holidays. Our villa is fully equipped, very carefully decorated and furnished indoor and outdoor.

Damage Deposit: A re-fundable damage deposit of 250,- EUR is required. Repayment will be done immediately after inspection of the house.
Payment: You need to pay 30% deposit of the total amount in order to confirm the booking. The outstanding sum has to be paid within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

a wonderful vacation
We stayed at Villa Nesrin in June 2011 for two weeks, and it is what you see in the pictures and even better. Very clean and elegant. The interior was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all what we need, bathrooms towels were fresh and the bedding was excellent. The air-condition units worked perfectly. The garden and pool is very tasteful. The view is magnifisant. Quiet, close to the city and beaches. I will definitly go back again.
Will take your breath away
Villa Nesrin is a fantastic house. It is beautiful decorated inside and out. The house offers light and spacious accommodation, it is fitted to a high standard and with stunning sea views. This Villa has all you are looking for. Close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away from the noise to enjoy days by the beach, or private access swimming pool. Centrally located to all ammenities, restaurants, and shops.
