The Villa has 4 bedrooms all en suite, with 2 double (King size) bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each. In addition there is a sofa bed down stairs that turns into a double bed.



A beautifully fitted kitchen, with an open plan design, equipped with everything you will need, including an electric built in oven, ceramic hob, with extractor, a microwave oven, large fridge freezer dish washer and water cooler.

The wonderful granite worktop continues round to cover a large breakfast bar. There is also separate utility room with a washing machine.



In the dinning area you will find a hand made table capable of seating 8 to 10 people. The lounge area has 3 sofas placed around a coffee table facing the featured fire place and a 42” TV, with satellite, and DVD player.

The remaining room on the ground floor is the fourth bedroom equipped with twin beds and access via double doors out onto the terrace.



Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with a large wardrobe and shower room, with double doors leading out onto the balcony.



The 2 double bedrooms both feature separate dressing rooms, and have double doors leading out onto the balcony where you can sit and relax with an evening drink and ponder the wonderful views of the mountains. The large master bedroom is a wing on its own, and benefits from a separate shower room with his/hers wash basins, and its own Jacuzzi bath. Additionally one of the three sofas’s down stairs turns into a large double bed, the villa benefits from a separate downstairs shower room and clothes storage cupboards for those using the sofa bed.



The large terrace leads out to the huge pool and Jacuzzi where there are sun loungers and parasols, there’s also a large garden where you can sit amongst the lemon and palm trees, or just relax in the Kosh.

For those wishing to dine alfresco there are tables and chairs and a stone built barbecue, and a wonderful covered kosk.
