General information and booking process

Prices: The prices are as stated on our homepage,one housing unit per day. Towels and bedsheets are included unless it was noted differently on the homepage.

Location of the property: We arrange exclusive villa, vacation houses well manicured, tweedy cottages set in the most beautiful places which ever can be found in Turkey. Our estate are well chosen; we offer gorgeous objects, with huge pools or community pools. We keep looking for great residences in order to satisfy our guests ever and anon. We know every residence precisely and we would love to inform you.

Occupancy: It is not allowed to host more people than it is mentioned on our homepage. There can be an exception if the lessor agrees. If we agree there might not be enough beds for the extra person. Children who are older than 2 apply as an extra person.

Interior: The properties are in line with the number of people who fit into the house, just as it is described on the homepage. You will find everything you need in them. Our houses are prepared with much comfort such as dining (siting) room; kitchen; bedrooms; bathroom (hot water is available); balcony or patio. All you need to bring is you baggage and personal items.

Caution: It is necessary to deposit a caution of about 100-300€. In some cases there is a higher caution. The caution is used to safeguard the return of the key and compensation. If the residence is returned clean and undamaged the caution will be paid back in the total amount, but if something is damaged the sum will be drawn off the total amount.

The houses can be used by the number of people that it is justified to. If it is used by more people than allowed without the permission of Side Home there will be consequences to be taken.

Pets: If you want to take your pets, you need to inform Lemon Villas  at all times. This permission is only allowed in vacation houses, if it is noted on the internet so. (If they are not allowed it is possible to discuss it.) If something breaks because of the pet the owner of the pet is responsible for it.

How do I reserve? If you book your stay earlier than 42 days you have to pay 30 % of the total amount. The outstanding sum has to be paid 42 days before you arrive. If you book within 42 days you have to paid the total amount. The key and necessary information will only be given if the total amount has been transfered. The money needs to be transfered with bank transfer.
