Conditions of reservation and rental.

1) Conditions of reservation and payment: In order to confirm your reservation you have to pay 30 percent of the total amount within 3 workdays by bank transfer.

The outstanding sum has to be paid within 42 days before your arrival. This is only possible through bank transfer. Please consider the fact that the object of rental is not reliable reservated until 30 percent of the payment has been received. In addition to that the total sum needs to be paid in order to move into the object.

1a) Please notice the special condition of pay for long-term rental that contain 4 weeks and Early Booking Offers resevations:

In case of early reservation,package , 50 percent of the total has to be paid within seven days, the outstanding sum within 42 days before the arrival.

1b) In case of a long-term rental the total rent and caution needs to be paid within seven days. The term of repayment occurs within 14 days after the object has been reviewed.

2) Our prices contain exclusive the rent of the leisure residences. Water and electric bills are included if it is not written down differently in the online presentation. Domestic items such as sanitary-items, kitchen supplies such as (paper) towels or cleaning powder should be taken along if it is not decided differently in the contract.

3) Arrival/ Departure: The period of the rent starts at 2 pm. (of the first day) and ends at 10 am. (of the last day). If there is a delay of the vacation of the residence the LMV can bring the overdued time to account. If someone arrives late in the night or a day later than planed the owner/ person who is responsible for the key exchange needs to be informed.

4) Caution: At the beginning of your vacation you have to pay a caution to the owner/the person who ıs responsible for the key exchange, just in case something breaks. The amount differs and depends on the rental, 100 - 300 Euro. The accurate amount is written down on our homepage. The caution needs to be deposit ın cash only.

5) Agreement: Before someone moves in or out there is an inspection of the residence. The residence will be clean and is expected to be the same at the end of the vacation. The costs of a final cleaning sent by us are written down in the presentation on our homepage.

6) Travel recipes/ Voucher: The recipe will be send after the total payment and includes the location plan to find either the object or the place of the key exchange. The availability counts only to the names which are included in the recipe. It is not allowed to pass the recipes on to a third person.

7) Rebooking and modification: Any kind of modification should be announced immediately in written form.

8) Withdrawal charges before the arrival: You are allowed to discharge the contract with a written explanation and the consideration of a cancellation fee. Most of the times it is impossible to find a new tenant as a result please excuse our cancellation fee.

If the explanations arrives late after office hours the discharge will be noticed and effective the next day.

9) Insurance: Lemon Villas Holidays suggests closing of an insurance contract, just in case you cancelate the contract or you get ill and need to be transfered back into you home country. We suggest,

10) Special wishes: We would love to hear about your wishes, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our very best to answer all your questions fully and non- committal. Please note that we cannot fulfill every wish of yours.

11) Liability of the key exchange through the owner or the responsible person insured with the caution: The amount of the caution depends on the object will be written down on the recipe/ the voucher. The caution will be given back at the end of the rental period perhaps not the total amount ıf something broke or needs to be exchanged in the object. It is you responsibility if you break something yourself, then you have to bear damage. The parents are responsible for the children actions. If something broke you have to announce this immediatly to the office. Responsibility: The office Side Homes ıs responsible for the proper form of the rentals.

12) We are not responsible for: external services, such as transfer, car rentals, catering services, or related services, which are suggested at some points. Every cause like strike, internal causes, illnesses of any kind in your enviornment, war is taken care of by every responsible commune. We try to avoid construction work of any kind in your enviornment at all tımes but cannot ensure you. We do not have any impact on general or private constructions
